3. Reservation Requests & Pricing

Green Alliance Costa Rica provides vehicle rental reservation services in partnership with local suppliers. All reservations made through our website or communication channels are considered requests until confirmed.

3.1 Pricing Transparency

We provide transparent pricing to the best of our ability. Final pricing, insurance selection, optional coverage, and deposits are confirmed at the rental counter by the provider.

3.2 No Prepayment Required

Reservations are free to submit. No charges are made prior to the rental counter.

4. Communications & SMS Consent

6. Airport Pick-Up & Drop-Off

Green Alliance Costa Rica coordinates pick-up and drop-off at:

San José (SJO) — Juan Santamaría International Airport

Liberia (LIR) — Daniel Oduber International Airport

Your reservation confirmation will contain instructions.
We are not liable for missed pickups due to:

- Flight delays

- Incorrect contact information

- Failure to notify us of schedule changes

7. Rental Vehicle Terms

The actual rental agreement is between the traveler and the local provider.
Green Alliance Costa Rica is the reservation facilitator.

The rental provider is responsible for:

- Vehicle condition

- Insurance contracts

- Deposit/hold requirements

- Additional terms at the counter

You agree to review and accept the local provider’s rental contract upon pick-up.

8. Limitation of Liability

Green Alliance Costa Rica and Automall360 LLC are not liable for:

- Actions or policies of the rental provider

- Damages arising from driving conditions

- Loss of personal belongings

- Accidents, weather conditions, road hazards

- Delays or cancellations caused by third-party providers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services you paid directly to us (if any).

9. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

- Provide accurate personal information

- Follow local laws and road regulations

- Arrive on time for vehicle pick-up

- Use vehicles responsibly

- Comply with rental provider rules

Any misuse of the vehicle or violation of rental terms is the sole responsibility of the renter.
